RPM Company is a multi-family real estate management corporation with extensive experience in property management. The company was formed in 1977 and has built and developed approximately 22,000 apartment homes across the United States and renovated 5,000+ apartment homes in California.

We have successfully managed 30,000 rental units nationwide ranging from A+ communities to severely distressed proerties in need of renovation.

Our current portfolio consists of 5,200+ units located on 39 properties throughout California.

History

Our History

RPM Company and has more than 100 years of combined working experience. The Company was formed in 1977 under the name Robertson Homes/Properties. In 1985 the Company's name changed to Robertson Property Management Corporation and approximately ten years later evolved into RPM Company.

We have managed and rehabilitated thousands of rental units. Bringing these properties to RPM Company's standards is our first priority upon take over. Many of these properties include affordable programs, as well as HUD, Section 8, Rental Housing Construction Programs (RHCP), Tax Credit, Home and Bond programs.

RPM Company presently conducts business throughout California. The Company operates its Corporate and day-to-day operations out of three locations; the corporate office located in Lodi and two Southern California regional offices in Ontario and Palm Desert. Financial reporting, accounting, and monitoring of the on-site bookkeeping procedures are conducted from the Lodi office. RPM Company currently manages 39 communities totaling more than 4,300 units and employs approximately 150 employees.

RPM Company manages all properties professionally and consistently within industry standards and fair housing guidelines. We have detailed manuals to ensure all RPM team members understand our philosophies and what is expected in order to acheive the goals of the owners.

RPM Company will ensure that the property is handled properly in all aspects of leasing, documentation, accepting and processing money, resident retention, safety and maintenance, and capital projects. We strive to ensure that our properties are competitive in the housing market and that all our residents are pleased with their home, our staff, and the services that we provide.
