RPM Company
is a multi-family real estate management company with approximately 100
years of combined industry experience.
The original company was formed in 1977 under the name Robertson
Homes. In 1985 the Company's name changed to Robertson Property
Management Corporation and ten years later evolved into RPM Company.
The
parent company has built and developed approximately 22,000 apartments
across the United States and renovated over 5,000 in California.
We have successfully managed more than 30,000 rental units
nationwide ranging from A+ institutional apartment communities, to
severely distressed properties in need of renovation.
Enhancing the integrity of the asset has

over to not only improve the value but to create a better living

RPM Company
presently conducts business throughout California. The Company operates
the Corporate and day-to-day operations from two locations; the main
office located in Northern California in Lodi and a Southern California
regional office in Rancho Cucamonga. Financial reporting, accounting,
and the human resource practices are performed from the Lodi Office.
The Rancho Cucamonga office oversees the day-to-day operations of
the management functions in Southern California, while the Lodi office
handles the day-to-day operations of the management functions in
Northern California. RPM Company currently manages approximately 30
communities totaling more than 4,100 units and employs approximately 150
associates. |

Each
site is an independent subsidiary that generates its own income and
expense reports utilizing the One –Site webbed based software. The
bookkeeping operations are processed by the Property Manager and the
on-site personnel and are monitored by the accounting department in
Lodi. The Regional Property
Managers are responsible for the supervision of their portfolio to
ensure that the Company polices and procedures are followed.
